Operational processes in order to become more effective

In compliance with its vision and values, SCLE SFE is structured to give you the greatest satisfaction: personalised and sustainable solutions, a high reactivity, a rational budget. 

An operational executive committee 

The executive committee is composed of 4 members who are very involved into the operational life of the company: 

  • Jean-François Revel, executive director of SCLE SFE, 
  • Nathalie Sévikian, head of the Railway Signalling Unit,
  • Lionel Ferré, head of the Energy Distribution Unit,
  • Eric Cahuet, head of Export / Industry and energy Transport Unit.

Key account managers for each market

Each market is taken care of by a key account manager who is a privileged representative for the customer. Objectives: simplify and improve the customer relationship.

Involved managers

The management model of SCLE SFE is based on a fabric of small teams (less than 15 persons) directly attached to the top management. The manager is a pivotal point: he mobilises his co-workers around the company's objectives and optimises the exchanges with the Board.  

A will to improve

The Board of SCLE SFE is committed to a strong improvement dynamic in order to guarantee its mission and satisfy all the stakeholders: customers, shareholders, partners, co-workers, local authorities and future generations. To structure this approach, SCLE SFE adopted the EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management), applied in Toulouse and Marseilles.
