Each market is taken care of by a key account manager who is a privileged representative for the customer. Objectives: simplify and improve the customer relationship.
The management model of SCLE SFE is based on a fabric of small teams (less than 15 persons) directly attached to the top management. The manager is a pivotal point: he mobilises his co-workers around the company's objectives and optimises the exchanges with the Board.
The Board of SCLE SFE is committed to a strong improvement dynamic in order to guarantee its mission and satisfy all the stakeholders: customers, shareholders, partners, co-workers, local authorities and future generations. To structure this approach, SCLE SFE adopted the EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management), applied in Toulouse and Marseilles.
